Digital world in 1982

I rewatched Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner yesterday. I didn’t remember, but the action is happening in 2019, so it’s funny to see how the people in the 80’s used to imagine us.

I remember being very impressed by the kind of logo we see at the beginning of the movie as a child. For those of you who wants to see it live, it’s here.

So I decided to create a Blade Runner theme for my advisory application today. Long story short, Alcibiade let me access my financial database, which contains 20 years of NYSE & NASDAQ data, create portfolios & benchmarks, backtest allocation and stock picking strategy pushed by another project(Themistocles) using an adapted version of project Leonidas.

I think the colors, the font and the spirit are very 80’s, so I like the result.
